oh, goodness. it’s been a painful few days. 8 calls to AT&T in 3 days. and actually, I’ve no idea why it’s even working now. but, like receiving VA bennies, I’m just not gonna ask.
it’s not so much losing the service as spending probably 8 hours on hold, talking to assholes & idiots, waiting, waiting, waiting, and no one can fix my problem.
so, should I switch to DSL? <shrug>
