Knit 2 at a time on magic loop. Because IMHO that’s the only way to do socks. 🙂
Ended up doing a little tweaking in the gusset decreases (k1 before/after the decrease stitch) and in the toe decreases – rather than every 7th (etc) stitch, did s1k1psso at start of decrease half-round (on magic loop) and k2tog at end of decrease half-round.
Am definitely getting the feel for socks-as-a-recipe, which is nice.
11/22 – gave socks to Edith, who put one on Simon…they juuuust barely fit. (He’s big.) Will have to go with a slightly larger pattern overall next time.
