I’m watching chicken breasts cook on the hibachi while I listen to Dead Can Dance. does it get any better?

aching hands – going through vast stacks of email – have gotten from over 450 to 162. of course, I’m not done, but I think I might switch tracks for a bit….

I wish I had a photo of the beautiful sunny day outside my window. altho, strangely enough, I’m having a hard time getting motivated to go home for lunch.

I’m having a good productive morning – relearning a bunch of JavaScript that I’d forgotten from lack of use. The Extended Learning intranet site is turning out to be a great project – a little PHP, a little JavaScript – figuring out how to have lots of people adding stuff to the web site without (a) using databases or (b) letting them f*** it up. I think I may have gotten the hang of it.

today is the kind of unbearably beautiful day that normally happens only in fairy tales.

spending some time being vain, thanks to a link from Geektastic, which of course is a blog of note, to My Virtual Model. Maybe I’ll publish the picture, maybe not. 🙂
