I have an antique Apple laptop (at least 12 yrs old IIRC) under my bed with all of my college-era writing, etc. on it. I keep meaning to back it up somehow, to something.

embarrassing but true: I finally figured out how to adjust the height of my monitors from stuck at the lowest position.

13 years ago, no state had more than 19% obese (over 30 BMI); 3 years ago, no state had LESS than 15%. (and that was 3 years ago….) as of today, my BMI is 27.5; my goal is 24, and I started at 30.6.
