so Chad’s free domain finally came thru – now I just need to put stuff on it. 🙂

and did I say that all of these services have different ways to remind me of my password(s), when (not if!) I forget them? and that “send me my password, because I’m a blithering idiot” isn’t working too great, because mail.com‘s alleged upgrade has completely screwed up my ability to send & receive mail?

I hate passwords. I have passwords for:

• my 3 webmail accounts
• my web host
• my domain registrar
• client hosts & registrars
• network login at work
• FTP account at work
• …not to mention all of the misc. things I’ve signed up for over the last couple of years.

grrr.

kind of a weird day. feeling a wee bit overwhelmed after 3 1/2 days off.

got an email from Nathan, who was in the old writers’ group (TWGTDNSIN) – he saw a copy of the Familial Q in the store, and wanted to compliment us on it. <sigh> I wonder, if I’d gotten that 3 months ago, when the group was in the throes of chaos, if it would’ve made a difference. who the hell knows.

it’s saturday evening – the sun is still up – I’m happy & mellow – listening to Belly (Star) – one my mostest favoritist albums in the whole wide world – after spending the day hanging out with my best friend (Kat) & getting massages yesterday. I still have 2 days off to go, too!

I’m so excited! I made a banner for Not My Desk (which makes me both glad I’m not a temp, because it sounds aweful, and sad I’m not a temp, because it sounds funny) – and he’s gonna post it! woohoo!

an orgy of web email answering. it’s sometimes a little overwhelming…all the questions that I’ve no idea how to answer!

spent all morning working on this instructor site creation application – mostly learning how to do cookies – but now I’m getting hungry & my brain is fading.
